A scientific partnership agreement was signed on Thursday, June 9, 2022, between Aden University and Yemensoft for systems and consulting, with the presence of the president of Aden University, Prof. Dr. Al-Khidr Nasser Lasour.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Dr. Lasour delivered a speech in which he praised Yemensoft and the contributions it makes in the field of accounting and management, and its role in supplying the national economy with cadres capable of understanding the market and its variables. He emphasized that this agreement will have a positive impact on the educational process and will serve the students of the College of Economics and Administrative Sciences. He called on the private sector in general to contribute to the development of academic and educational work at the university as it is a key partner in the development process.
On his part, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed Moqbel, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences confirmed that this agreement is a good action that will benefit the college and the company in general, as it will provide the college with an integrated computer lab with distinct specifications, noting that the main objective of this agreement is to develop students’ skills to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market at the local, Arab and international levels. He expessed his wish that this lab will be a reality and a great success story for the college and its students. He extended his thanks to the president of the University for his efforts in signing the agreement.
Meanwhile, Mr. Hashim Nedhal Amin, Yemensoft CMO, explained that the agreement states that Yemensoft shall give Faculty of Economics a laboratory consisting of (66) computers with a server, and install the company’s systems. The agreement also includes the training of university’s staff on the company’s solutions for accounting, human resources, and hotel management using specialized curricula as part of Yemensoft initiative to qualify young people for the local and international labor market.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Ahmed Moqbel, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, and Mr. Hashim Nedhal Yemensoft CMO.
