The experience of one of our most prominent clients (Sam City Recreation Club) in using: (Onyx System – Fixed Assets Management System – Human Resources Management System – Fingerprint Attendance System – Billing System – Clubs and Parks System)
Mr. Mohammed Adel Al-Harithi, IT and Systems Officer at Sam Recreation Club, spoke about the challenges faced by the club, which extends over an area of one square kilometer and includes seven departments and 94 employees. The club was facing great difficulties in organizing tickets across its facilities, relying heavily on paper and increasing the number of employees to accomplish administrative tasks, and after using YemenSoft’s Clubs and Parks system, there was a remarkable transformation in managing operations and the work became more organized, which improved the level of income and accuracy of the information circulated, and the new system reduced the reliance on paper, which contributed to reducing the number of employees needed for administrative tasks, as the system is characterized by providing clear and proper reports, which helped organize accounts and issue financial reports easily.
Al-Harthi emphasized the effectiveness of the billing system provided by YemenSoft, which contributed to organizing invoices and associated accounts and eliminating the issues of reading electric meters and entering readings and calculations.
Mr. Samir Abdullah Al-Sharif, the financial accountant of Sam Recreation Club, pointed out the difficulties the club was facing in organizing accounts, accounting for funds and collectors, and providing services effectively. After using the Onyx system, it became easy to manage accounts, organize them, and issue reports.
He also emphasized the effectiveness of the fixed asset management system, which is characterized by the ease of transferring the asset, defining the asset, defining the depreciation rate, and closing the financial year on depreciation.
