Mr. Waleed Al-Jalal, General Supervisor of Marketing Department at Al-Nahdin Water Industry Company, presented a comprehensive vision about the challenges faced by the company’s marketing department, especially in the field of following up customers and their distributors, and emphasized that the old system that relied on book invoices was not sufficient to meet their needs, which led them to search for better solutions.
By adopting the Onyx mobile distribution system, they were able to achieve a remarkable improvement in inventory management and financial follow-up, which contributed to enhancing work efficiency.
Mr. Walid explained that the system is configured based on the changing needs of the company, which reflects the flexibility of the system and its ability to adapt to market requirements, which enhances the chances of success and increases work efficiency.
He added that through the system, it became easy to identify dormant customers and frozen distributor balances, and this feature helped the company to take quick action to strengthen the relationship with these customers and motivate them to increase activity.
